Our way is not on soft grass, it is a mountain path with a lot of rock. Joseph is a father to Damour, a boy who was born with skin that is very hot and as hard as stone. As a result, bans people from touching his skin very long.
The boy's name Damour is a French word that means love. No, one ever touches him at all because of his skin condition, sometimes his body becomes so hot that his father has to be pouring water on him.
According to the father, when they gave birth to him, they thought that he was a devil and they got scared.
They did not think that he was going to survive for long with skin like this, but surprisingly he is alive and it looks like he is going to live for long, even though he cannot do some of the things kids normally do, like playing with others.
At first, they use to call him a frog because of his skin. The clothes he wears immediately get dirty and they get hard because of how hot his skin and temperature becomes occasionally. As a result his parent always bought him heavy clothes because if the material is not strong they get spoilt.
Everything was normal with her mother during pregnancy until delivered. The baby was pulled out and the doctors were shocked about its skin, saying it might be suffering from some skin disorder. They were advised by the doctors to take their baby to a better hospital where they can get treatment before the situation get worse. Those hospitals too were very expensive and they couldn't afford them.
Joseph and his wife brought the baby home and have try all they can to heal their son but they are yet to get a cure for this rare skin condition. His condition is now getting worse each and everyday, his skin is becoming harder and rougher as he grows up.
