On the 19th July 2021, Daniel Yeboah filed a petition (amended on the 21 July, 2021) against the activities of AAMUSTED GHANA NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF TEACHERS ON CAMPUS (GNATOC).
The SRC judicial board ruled that:
1. GNATOC doesn't exist on campus because it is operating illegally, GNATOC did not go through the due process before finding itself in AAMUSTED SINCE 1990s
2. GH₵1000 should be paid to the petitioner (Daniel Yeboah).
3. GH₵1000 should also be paid to SRC.
4. There should not be election for Gnatoc members
5. They should set a committee to regulate GNATOC.
But today Tuesday, 17th August 2021. One of our reporters Nana Yaw Agyenim Boateng was able to have a belief interview with the current GNATOC SECRETARY Rexford Nana kwaku Gyamfi in one of the GNATOC PLATFORMS.
The secretary was very positive about the coming back of the association. He also gave us an update about the pending GNATOC ELECTIONS in the interview below.
