INVITATION TO A BLENDED TRAINING ON INTEGRATING TECHNOLOGY IN INVITATION TO A BI TEACHING, LEARNING AND ASSESSMENT (ITTLA)
The National Teaching Council (NTC) in collaboration with Commonwealth of Learning (Col) is organizing a four-month free blended training for teachers, educational leaders, and teacher educators. The project is part of Col. ITTLA model that works with government agencies towards improved national effectiveness in leveraging open, distance and technology-enabled learning. The project aims to strengthen knowledge and skills in digital teaching, learning and assessment among teachers and other educators.
The participants will be awarded 10 CPD points and shall also build their capacity to use online systems in teaching and learning. In addition, they stand at an advantage of building strong network that will expose them to other opportunities in their career path. The beneficiaries shall also be awarded with certificate issued jointly by NTC and Col..
The National Teaching Council humbly request you to share the attached link with directors and Heads of schools whose lists have been attached as beneficiaries to share with their teachers.
Interested applicants should:
1. Be professional teachers,
2. Have either laptop or smart phone,
3. Be willing to use their own data to access information from internet and must be available to learn with peers via WhatsApp and Learning Management Platforms,
4. Be willing to perform additional task by learning and applying what 5. Must be willing to participant in discussion on virtual platforms and,
6. Be able to meet deadlines.
